Dale's 95 GT
Its a 1995
Mustang GT. It has new cobra leather seats. The stereo includes a
pioneer deh-p8000r, 2 ppi amps running 2 cerwin vega 6.5 inch coaxial
speakers in the rear and a kicker resolution component set in the
front, a rockford fosgate punch 500 running 2 rockford fosgate 12"
HE2 dual voice coil subs. The rockford amp is flush mounted in the
trunk and covered in plexi glass. The ppi amp is flush mounted behind
the drivers side backseat. It has white face gauges with chrome trim,
and a Escort passport 8500 radar detector.
I pulled the engine this winter and did a complete rebuild. I started
with a balanced rotating assembly from keith craft which included
forged TRW pistons. Next i put on the holley systemax 2 kit which
included 61cc heads with 2.02 valves, a .510 lift cam, hardened push
rods, and a double roller timing chain. I used the Crane 1.6 roller
rockers on the heads. The engine is fueled by FMS 30# injectors, and
a holley 255 lph fuel pump. the air flows through a K&N air filter,
a BBK cold air kit, a Pro-M 75mm mass air, and BBK 75mm throttle body.
The exhaust flows out of Mac unequal length headers, a Dr Gas offroad
h pipe, and flowmaster 2 chamber stainless mufflers and tailpipes.
If I really want a kick in the ass a Nitrous Works 100 hp shot wet
system is also plumbed into the engine.
Not much is done to the car for appearance. It has a set of Eagle
Alloy 17" chrome wheels with Dayton Daytona 255/45/17 tires.
It has been lowered with Eibach Pro springs and has caster/camber
plates. The car goes in next week to have windows tinted.
The clear headlights and taillights didnt get put on til after the
pictures. Future plans include a cervinis stalker front end and xenon
sides and rear body kit, a boston perf. hood and new paint.
