I have owned 3 Mustangs so far.
I got the Mustang bug from my dad, who owned a 64 1/2 and a 68.
MY first was a simple 85 four banger, but the custom wheels and new
Jalepeno Red paint job made it at least look fast. I added the Capri
spoiler after about a year of searching.
The 95 V6 had a great red and black interior. I added the "67 look-alike
stripes" ( a little lower on the car than standard, creating a
lower look to the car) and the bumper inserts.
When the head gasket went on the 95, I was offered a new engine or a
great deal on whatever new car I wanted. I didn't expect to own a brand
new car for at least another 5 years, so I jumped at the chance.
I ended up with this Performance Red 2000 V6 and I love it!
So far I've only made a few mods. Air silencer removed, K&N air
filter, Mustang logo floormats, and the MW bumper inserts. Next step
is probably mirror tint on the windows and I'm carving a custom Shift
knob.
